Hire personnel

If you are an international company, we will help you with hiring foreign employees, developing contracts, and obtaining a work visa and a work permit. We will also provide regular reporting to authorities.

The most convenient form to engage a foreigner in Russia is to hire him/her as a highly qualified specialist (HQS). An HQS must have a salary of at least 250,000 rubles per month. HQS status allows to get a 3-years work permit, a 3-years visa (for the HQS and his/her family), as well as be taxed at the rates applicable to Russian employees and pay less social contributions. We will obtain HQS status for your foreign specialists.

Case story
An international manufacturer of equipment for storage and transportation of petroleum products requested assistance in managing personnel of its Russian subsidiaries.

We developed employment contracts and documentation tailored to the client's specific needs (nature of production activities, frequent business trips, significant number of foreign employees, etc.) and organized a personnel management system.
Visas and work permits for foreign employees (HQS) were obtained, necessary applications, powers of attorney, insurances, and guarantees collected and submitted to authorities. Reporting procedures were organized.

During our cooperation a wrongful fine was imposed on the client in connection with employment of foreign personnel. Our lawyers appealed the fine to the migration authorities, and to the arbitration court.

The fine was declared unlawful and cancelled.
